It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elsie on Monday, December 17, 2018 at the age of 91 years.
As per Elsie’s request “short and no fuss” the family will hold a private celebration of life.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Elsie may be made to a charity of your choice.
