Elaine Shurtliff (nee Mortson) passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 8th, 2018. Beloved wife of James. Loving mother of Douglas (Shelley), Michael, Thomas (Nadeem). Dearest sister of Marilyn, Bill, Sue and the late Doug and Ken. Elaine will be missed by her grandchildren, Natalie, Kelsey, Jeremy and Jamie. She was the proud great-grandmother of Lauren, Kayleigh, Teagan, Gavin, James and Avery. A celebration of life will be held at the Pinecrest Visitation Center, 2500 Baseline Road on Saturday, January 12th, 2019 from 1pm until 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children`s Wish Foundation.

Sympathies message

  1. Elaine and I went to Brock public school and Western Technical-Commercial school together and sang in the choir of Bonar Presbyterian Church. She always had a sunny smile and was able to look at the best side of a situation, she had a remarkable family and she will be missed for many years to come. My most sincere condolences to the entire family
