Dorothy “Dody” Parr
1926-2018
Peacefully at home,
Dorothy June, daughter of the late Norman and Pearl Devine, and
step-mother Irene Devine, in her 93rd year,
went home to be with the Lord.
Predeceased by her
husband Mervyn N. Parr, August 19, 1968.
Loved mother and mother
in law of David and Carol, Dennis and Lorraine Parr, Kathryn Telfer,
and Trudy and Allan Wright. Loving grandmother of Christopher,
Cynthia, James, Jennifer, Chrystal, Nicole, Jessy Lee, Robbyn, and
Andrew. Great-grandchildren Bryanna, Nicholas, Kiara, Kaia,
Caleb, Brandon, Xavier, Quin, Arianna, Tyson, and Max.
Great-great grandchildren Benjamin and Madden. Survived by
sister Margaret, and many loved nieces and
nephews.
Predeceased by brothers
Thomas, George, Albert, Chester, Robert, Frederick, and Karl Edward
Devine, step brother Mac Copeland, sisters Amy, Pearl, Lisetta, Helen,
and step sisters Perses and Norma.
Resting at EVANS
FUNERAL HOME, 648 Hamilton rd. (1 block East of Egerton), where
friends and family will be received on Sunday, December 23, 2018, from
2-4 and 7-9 pm.
Funeral service will be
held in The Evans Chapel on Monday, December 24, 2018, at 10:30
am.
Burial at Woodland
Cemetery.
