Welcomed home by her Saviour and Lord. Doris passed away at her home in Eastholme, Powassan, Ontario on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. Dearly loved wife of the late Henry Alexander Roberts, of Burlington. Precious mother of Doreen Broughton (Rev. Larry); Powassan, Ontario, Janet Newton (Rev. Larry); Warrenton, Missouri, Bernice Ditchfield (Rev. Stephen); Sarasota, Florida, and predeceased by her daughter Sharon Curle (Rev. Daniel); Zimbabwe. Cherished grandmother of 12, great grandmother of 27 and great great grandmother of 1. Sister to the late Arnold Whitaker and step sister of the late Alice Chorley Graham.
Visitation at Glad Tidings Church (1401 Guelph Line, Burlington) on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 6-7p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held at 7p.m. Private family interment Greenwood Cemetery. For those who wish, donations in memory of Doris to Grace Pentecostal Church (Missions Fund), R.R. #3, Powassan, ON, P0H 1Z0 would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
