July 5, 1927 – December 3, 2018

Passed away peacefully in his home with his loving nurse Minette, by his side. He will be missed by so many people who have been touched by his sense of humour, kindness, his smile, his love of music, his love for his family, warm hands and warmer heart. He is reunited with the love of his life again, his wife Yolanda, who left us four years ago. He is survived by his loving daughter Amber (Lewis), son Kelly (Charlene), grandchildren Michael (Luisana), Brandee (Rob), Crystal (Lanny), Tattiana, Mitchell, Dakota and Alex, also great grandchildren O’Shae, Jayde, Ella, Cash, Noah, Duncan, Elias, Vida, with an 8th great grandchild on the way. Midge also leaves to mourn his loss his sister in laws Kay, Judy and Zena, many nieces and nephews and friends. He was “Grampa” to so many around world and loved by everyone who knew him. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday December 27th at 11:00am St. Francis de Sales Parish 6610 Balmoral Street Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations to Rubensshoes.com then following the link to Noni’s Kitchen would be most appreciated. A second Noni’s Kitchen will now be built in his honour.
