Death Notice
Passed in peace, Donald Alex Andrusak, (May 2, 1956) on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at the age of 62. Don is survived by his loving mother Helen Paradis of Point Edward; brother-in-law David Williams (Linda); nieces Lori Williams and Shelley Williams (Durwood), grandnephews Tyler, Matthew, Aristotelis and Alexandros; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends in Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia. Predeceased by his father Alexander Andrusak (Chatham), his stepfather Robert Paradis (Point Edward), and his loving sister Betty Jane Williams (Tilbury). Don was a great friend to many at the Sarnia Foundry, and at Chrysler in Burlington. His memories and stories will be retold by many with fondness. Thank you to the many nurses and doctors of Bluewater Health for their care and compassion. May we all find comfort and peace in his memory. Cremation has taken place. At Don’s request, no visitation or services will be held. A private family burial will take place in Resurrection Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Bluewater Health – Cognitive Care Unit (cheques only at the funeral home please).
