Obituary of Dolores Fuller
Fuller, Dolores Heloise – Age 79, passed away at home surrounded by family and friends on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Born in Dartmouth on November 15, 1938, she was a daughter of the late George and Florence Christopher/Dowding. She is survived by her husband, Ray Fuller; daughters, Sherry (Greg) Russell, New Germany; Nancy Watson, New Germany; step-daughter, Judi Colp; son, Glen (Nadine) Slauenwhite, New Germany; grandchildren, Kenny, Jill, Devin (Diana), James (Beth), Christopher, Deanna (Richard); step-grandchildren, Zachary (Megan), Allie (Will), William (Reba); 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dolores was predeceased by her brother, Donald Christopher and step-son-in-law, Barry.
Dolores was a life time member of both the Royal Canadian Legion and Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing bingo, attending penny auctions and yard sales. She was a big supporter of the Dawson Daisy and an avid frog collector.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 19 at 2 p.m., in Sweeny’s Funeral Home, New Germany. Reverend Catherine Robar officiating. A reception to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 102, New Germany. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dolores’s memory may be made to The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 102, general fund.
