Obituary for
Dianne Laidley
It is with great sadness that the family of Dianne Laidley announce the passing on November 10th at the HSC at the age of 70. She is predeceased by her parents James and Nora Gellately and sister Shirley Sweetapple. Leaving to mourn with countless fond and loving memories are her husband of 47 years, John. Her daughter and best friend, Dawne Stevens. Her son in law and best buddy, Dave Stevens. Her granddaughters Reannah and Kaitlynn, whom she adored. Her sisters Peggy Gillard and Lorraine McCarron and brother Michael Gellately Her “Grandpuppy” who she also adored, Sofie. Her special nieces Brenda Lahey and Susan Sweetapple and Nephew Brian Sweetapple and brother in law George Sweetapple. Sister in laws Vera, Ros and Paula. Along with many other relatives and friends. At Diana’s request, Cremation has taken place. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Tuesday from 2 pm – 4 pm & 7 pm – 9 pm. Funeral service will take place from the James J. Hickey Memorial Chapel, Kelligrews on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 10 am.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the SPCA.
