Dianne Mary (Dernier) Barr
1946-2018
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of
Dianne Mary (Dernier) Barr, wife of Roy Barr at Bobby’s
Hospice on Monday, December 24, 2018. Born in Saint John on
September 4, 1946, she was a daughter of the late Charles and
Madenline (Sabean) Dernier.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Roy; 4 sons:
James, Jeff, Joe and Chris: one daughter, Tanya Thorne, all of
Edmonton, Alberta. Also survived by one sister, Joan McQuoid of
Brampton, Ontario. Grandchildren: Talisha, Murrisa, Megan and Tristin,
along with several nieces and
nephews.
In addition to her parents, Dianne was predeceased by her
brothers: Floyd, Carl, Jeff and one sister,
Pearl.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral
Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on
Friday, December 28, 2018 from 1:00 -4:00 pm at the Family’s
Home, 17 Linda Court, Apartment 2, Saint John, NB For those who wish,
remembrances to a charity of the Donor’s Choice would be
appreciated by the family.
