On June 15, 2018, Mr. Samuel Joseph Deschamps of Fishing Lake Metis Settlement passed away at the age of 77 years. He is survived by 2 brothers, Ernest (Agnes) & David; as well as numerous nieces & nephews. Samuel was predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Maggie; 2 sisters, Alice Deschamps & Rose Powder; & his brother, Gilbert. A Wake will be held on Tuesday, June 19, (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) at St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church, Fishing Lake. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 20, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church, Fishing Lake.
