Obituary Overview
Dennis
KING, Dennis – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our devoted husband and father on June 15, 2018, at the age of 68. After a 3 year struggle with Alzheimer Disease, Dennis passed away quietly in the arms of his family. He was predeceased by his parents William and Elsie King. He will be deeply missed by his best friend and
wife of 26 years, Patricia, and his children, Amy (John), Jeff, Kim (Mike) and Scott. He was the proud Papa of Emma, Hayley, Brody and Quinn Gettinby and River Botas. Dennis greatly enjoyed the camaraderie of the Narbonne Family. He was a hardworking and loyal employee of International Truck for 41 years and Kirby International for 6 years. He cheered on his favourite teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Toronto Blue Jays and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Dennis
was a whiz with numbers and had a keen interest in cars. A day never went by that he didn’t enjoy his Tim Horton’s coffee. The family wishes to thank Dr. Packer, Dr. St. Onge, Dr. Boyle, Dr. Alton, Olena Moher, MSW, and the nurses
who cared for him in his last few days. A special thanks to Fr. Ian Duffy, Fr. Joseph Akanbi and Linda Dayler from St. Ann Church.
