Deborah Lee Johnston – 58 of Port
Williams, Kings County passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at
home, following a courageous battle with Glioblastoma. Born in
Baddeck, she was a daughter of the late Howard
“Wilson” Munro and Doris (Williams) (Munro) Black,
and a step-daughter of the late Dr. William F. Black. She is survived
by her husband, Eric; a daughter, Chelsea (Tyler) Yeaton, Avonport and
her father, Merrill Prime, Avonport; a step-daughter, Kimberly (Lindy
Marsh), Amherst; step-son, Donald (Natalie) Johnston, Keswick Ridge,
NB; a sister, Karen Munro, New Minas; two brothers, Brian (Betty Lou)
Munro, Grimsby, ON; Kirk (Debbie) Munro, Lloydminster, SK; two
grandchildren; four step-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. As
per her wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.
Donations in memory may be made to The Lodge That Gives. Arrangements
have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation
Services, Kentville.
