Deborah Eunice VALENTINE 2018

OBITUARY
Mrs. Deborah Eunice VALENTINE
November 16, 1947 – October 22, 2018
VALENTINE, Deborah
It is with tremendous sadness that the family of
Deborah Valentine announces her passing on
October 22, 2018 after a courageous year and a
half long battle with cancer. Deborah was an
accomplished hair dresser whom co-founded the
West Vancouver salon Valentine’s for hair in 1978
with the love of her life, James Valentine at her
side. The passing of ‘Deb’ as was affectionately
called by her friends, has left a hole in all our hearts.
Known for being thoughtful & kind, she was
someone who would do anything for her kids. Her
home was always filled with friends, family and her
excellent home cooking. Deb a gracious host,
could always be found holding court in her beloved
kitchen. Deb will be remembered for her unique
personal style and her infectious laugh and sense
of humour. She will be missed by her husband
James, her children Brynn (Ian), Sarah (James),
Simon, Jared (Jill), grandchildren Ryan, Logan,
Adelaide, Ryder, sister, Daralyn, niece Leslie and
nephew, Rod (Tammy), great nieces and their
families and for her many friends and clients. In lieu
of flowers, please make a donation to the North
Shore Hospice.
