Tragically, Monday, May 28th, 2018 returning from her beloved mother’s cemetery service.
Cherished wife and best friend of Hartley Ceaser. Loving mother to Nancy Ceaser (John Pratt) and Jack Ceaser (Nicole). Adoring grandmother of Graham (predeceased), Elizabeth and James Pratt and Aiden and Rhys Ceaser. Dear sister to Keith (Beverley) Lang, Jean Lahnalampi and Mavis and Bob LaCelle. Dawn-Marie grew up in Lockerby and became a life-long resident of Levack when she moved to teach and met the love of her life Hartley. A teacher for the Sudbury Board of Education. She started her career at Levack Public School but spent the majority of time at Levack District High School where she taught mostly math.
She was a dedicated member of St. John’s United Church in Levack where she was a dedicated leader of Sunday school, sang in the choir and worked on various committees and the lessons taught by Jesus on a daily basis to love God and love her neighbours.
Her passion was sewing and quilting, belonging the Sudbury Quilter’s Guild.
She was happiest spending time with her loving family, especially grandchildren, more than anything else in the world.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. John’s United Church or Charity of Choice would be appreciated.
