UNDERWOOD, DAVID
December 11, 1930 – December 06, 2018
David John Underwood was born in Liverpool, England. He enlisted in the RAF and became a pilot officer flying the Gloster Meteor, thereafter joining BEA, piloting the Viking and Viscount. After emigrating to Canada he worked for Computing Devices Canada, and later as a navigation systems consultant and marketing director of both Internav and Micronav (Canada) corporations. David is survived by his wife of 63 years, Irmi, his son Adrian, his son Brian and grandson Callan. A celebration of life reception with refreshments will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Tubman s in Carp, 115 Rivington Street. d remembrances at 2:30 p.m. Should friends desire, contributions may be sent to the Air Cadet League of Canada. , tributes or may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com.
