BEARD, Clive Cameron
Unexpectedly passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Margaret Beard (nee Bessell). Loving father of Paul Beard (Denise), Juliet Leaker (Matthew) and Chris Beard (Kelly). Cherished papa of James, Olivia, Claire, Elizabeth and Amy, Nathan, Alee. He will be fondly remembered by extended family in the United Kingdom and by all who knew him. As per Clive’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9p.m. Service of Remembrance will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, September 24th at 1p.m. Reception to follow. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Clive are asked to please consider a charity of choice.
