Claudette Y. Boisvert
August 18, 1958 – July 5, 2018
Claudette Yvonne Boisvert a long-time resident of Marie-Reine, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 5th, 2018, surrounded by her family. Claudette, 59 years old, was a cancer survivor of nearly 10 years. She is fondly loved and remembered by her husband Dan; children Carmen (Travis), Janelle (Nick), and Gilles (Josee); grandchildren Kellan and Mila.
Claudette enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as a computer technician for the NW Francophone School Board. In her spare time Claudette was a talented woodworker, snorkeler, an avid kayaker and she loved to travel abroad with her husband and family.
If friends and family so desire in lieu of flowers, they can make a donation in Claudette’s name, to the Alberta Cancer Foundation (memo: Peace River Community Cancer Centre), or to the In the Woods Animal Rescue as expressions of sympathy.
A celebration of life for Claudette will be held on Monday July 9th at 11am at Our Lady of Peace Catholic church in Peace River, followed by a reception at the Marie-Reine Community Centre.

Claudette, 59 ans, etait une survivante du cancer de pres de 10 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil son mari Dan; enfants Carmen (Travis), Janelle (Nick) et Gilles (Josee); petits-enfants Kellan et Mila.
Claudette a connu une longue carriere comme technicienne en informatique au CSNO. Dans ses temps libres, Claudette aimait construire des projets en bois, plonger dans les oceans, faire du kayak et voyager avec son mari et sa famille.
Toute marque de sympathie peut ce faire par un don au Alberta Cancer Foundation (memo: Peace River Community Cancer Centre) ou au “In The Woods Animal Rescue”.
Une celebration de la vie pour Claudette aura lieu le lundi 9 juillet a 11h a l’eglise Our Lady of Peace a Peace River, suivie d’une reception au Centre Culturel de Marie-Reine.
