Peacefully on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Ross Memorial Hospital in his 89th year. Claude Armstrong was the beloved husband of Kathleen Armstrong (nee Coulter) of Fenelon Falls for 59 years. Loving father of Faye an her husband Kevin Tamblyn and Larry Armstrong and his wife Donna all of Fenelon Falls. Claude loved his grandchildren beyond measure and was very proud of each and every one of them. He will be missed deeply by Kyle (Robyn), Curtis (Courtney), Kathleen (Matt) Brooklyn (Brock) and Ryan. Son of the late George Armstrong and Laura Scheffee. The family of Claude Armstrong will receive friends at the JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & TRIBUTE CENTRE, 8 Princes’ St. W., Fenelon Falls, on Monday, September 24th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Fenelon Falls United Church on Tuesday, September 25th at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment to follow at Fenelon Falls Cemetery. Friends are invited to the lower church hall for a time of refreshment following. If desired, memorial donations to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
