Clara Berry of Gilbert Plains, MB passed away at the Grandview District Hospital on December 17, 2018 at the age of 89 years.
In accordance with Clara’s wishes cremation has taken place and a service will be held at a later date.
Clara is survived by her husband of 69 years, Jim Berry, her 7 children and their families. Pat Dubek, Stan Berry, Donna Los, Roddy Berry (Liz), Shelley Hamilton (Dennis Basset), Willa Graham (Houndy) and Jaimie Watt (Mandy). She has 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren that loved her dearly and numerous nieces, nephews and long time family friends.
She was the matriarch of this large, beautiful and very extended family. She will be missed dearly by many. Clara was a strong, smart, beautiful lady with so much knowledge that she loved to share and teach. Couldn’t ask for a better Mother, Grand /Great Grandmother, Aunt, or friend.
Our family would also like to send our a huge thank you to all of the staff at the Grandview Hospital for amazing care that Clara received these last few weeks. Thank you for being so kind and caring.
