Clara Jerke (Steinbring)
September 24, 1924 – November 26, 2018
It is with profound sadness that we announce that our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away surrounded by her family in the early morning on Monday, November 26, 2018.
Predeceased by her husband Victor in 2017 and daughter Sandra Foss in 2003, Clara will be forever missed and remembered by her daughters Brenda (Ken) Waluk, Norine (Brad) Parker, her precious grandchildren Lindsay (Blaine) Bilyk, Hailey (Steve) Waluk, Jordan Parker, Josh Parker, Michelle (Chris) Rozumniak, Tara Foss, Jennifer Cummings and her adorned great grandchildren Taelyr Waluk, Berkley and Bennett Bilyk. Clara is also survived by her two brothers Wally (Jo) of Barrhead , Benny (Faye) of Beaverlodge and her step sisters Ruth and Mary and step brother Fred. Clara was predeceased by both parents Wilhelm and Phillipina, brothers Roy, Albert, Emil, Adolf and step sisters Bertha, Elsie, Dorothy and Heddy.
A Funeral service will be held Thursday December 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., with viewing at 1:00 pm at Glenwood Funeral Home (52356 Range Rd. 232 Sherwood Park, AB).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MS Society or STARS.
