Christopher’s Obituary
It is with heavy hearts the family of Chris Parker announce his unexpected passing on November 13, 2018 at age 67. Born in Truro, he was the only child of Keith and Margaret (Mattatall) Parker. In 1977, Chris was admitted to the Nova Scotia Barrister’s Society and for almost forty years practiced law in Greenwood, NS where many of his clients became friends and his friends clients. He loved competitive sports especially playing basketball with “The Legends” and golfing at Paragon with his friends rain or shine. Chris was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife Jeannine (Curry) and extended family. The family wishes to thank Dr. Paul MacLean for his steadfast dedication and care as Chris’s physician and friend over the many years. A private service for family and friends will be held at a later date to honour Chris’s memory. Donations may be given to Bridgetown Salvation Army or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
