Charles Low 2018

Charles Chuck Quon Low passed away peacefully at age 83 on June 13, 2018 at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria, BC. He was surrounded by his loving wife of 57 years, Theresa and family. He is survived by daughter, Laura (Bill) and Emily; son, Edward (Heidi), Abigail and Gavin; sister, Kaye Fong (Harvey-predeceased); brothers, Frank (Amy), Sammy (Alice), Doug (Marion) and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Charles immigrated to Canada in 1957 from Chung San, China. He started in the grocery business since his arrival. He was an astute businessman: hard working, kind hearted and a loving family man who helped people without expecting anything in return He enjoyed working, travelling and good food.
Thank you to all the excellent care and support of the doctors and nurses at Royal Jubilee Hospital especially Dr. Woo, Dr. Otto, and Dr. Gallin.
Service to be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive at 2:00 pm with dinner following at Golden City.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Headway Victoria Epilepsy and Parkinson Centre in Memory of Charles Low.
