Cécile Sabourin (Michaud)
Passed away peacefully at the Palace Long Term Care, Alexandria on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. Cécile Sabourin (nee Michaud) of Alexandria; age 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Mercule Sabourin. Loving mother of the late Richard Sabourin (Francine Claude). Cherished grandmother of Luc Sabourin (Maryon Lapratte) of Casselman and Lianne Macdonald (Ron Bowden) of Williamstown. Proud great-grandmother of Alexa and Nathan Sabourin; and Riley and Connor Macdonald. Predeceased by her parents Jean-Louis Michaud and Rosalie Michaud; and by three sisters Rita Levac (late Laurent), Eva Ouellette (Gerald) and Alice Maheu (late Albert) also two brothers Laurier Michaud (Aliette) and Archille Michaud (late Anita). Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 9 -10:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur on Wednesday at 11 am. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Palace L.T.C. Resident Council Fund would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Cécile a tree will be planted in a memory woods.
