Obituary for Cecelia Mel
Cecelia Mel, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away at Fairfield Park, Wallaceburg, with her family by her side. Cecelia is the daughter of the late William and Florence (McKaig) Sharrow. Beloved wife of the late John Mel. Loving mother of Cathy Ellis, Christopher (Brenda), Robert and James. Cherished grandmother of Matthew, Jessica, Nathan, Corey, Jacob, Amy, Sarah, Tyler, Shaikyrra and great grandmother of Madeline. Dear sister of Emily DeBurger, Gladys VanDellen, Victor Sharrow and the late Phyllis Avey, William Sharrow, Lorna Burke, Lyda McKaig, Morley Sharrow and Iva Yott. The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Our Lady Help of Christians Church on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 11 AM. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
