Carolyne Alice Reed
Carolyne Alice Reed, aged 73, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 6th, 2018 with loved ones by her side.
Born in Nipawin, SK, Carolyne spent many years in Calgary, AB with Donald Beechinor raising their 3 sons; Patrick, Brooke and Jay. In the late 90’s, Carolyne moved to the Kimberley/Marysville, BC area where her and long-time partner James “Jim” Dobell, enjoyed fishing, gardening and crafts. Well liked by everyone she met, Carolyne was easy to talk to and made many friends during her time working at Walmart in Cranbrook.
Carolyne is survived by her partner Jim, sons Patrick (Satoko) Beechinor, Jay Daniel Beechinor (Jodi), beloved grandsons Adam and Jacob, also brother Brent (Carol) Reed and sister-in-law Donna Reed.
Carolyne was predeceased by her brothers Grant, Gary and son Brooke Beechinor.
A celebration of life will be held at McPherson Funeral Home Cranbrook (2200 – 2nd Street South) on Friday, May 18th at 2:00 pm.
