1943-2018
Carolyn D. Brewer of Zealand, NB passed away on Dec. 12, 2018 at the
Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Carolyn was born in 1943 at Fielding,
NB, a daughter of the late Claude and Bertha (Campbell) Doherty.
Carolyn enjoyed cooking and knitting. She loved watching talk shows
on TV and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Garth Brewer; a son, Robert Lawrence
(Rachel Gerard), Fredericton, NB; a daughter, Bertha Crouse (Michael);
5 grandsons, Kyle Lawrence (Sierra), Catlin Lawrence (Tiffany), Tyler
James Lawrence, Chris Crouse and Riley Crouse; 2 granddaughters,
Shelly Crouse and Jennifer Crouse (Pierre); 8 great grandchildren; a
brother, Henry Doherty (Sandra), Barrie, ON; 3 sisters, Judy Crouse
(Bill), Zealand, NB, Margaret Doherty and Audrey Bloodsworth (Elou),
both of Upper Kent, NB; several nieces and nephews.
Carolyn was predeceased by her parents; a sister, Geraldine Brooker;
brothers, Merle, Garnett, Winston, Albert and Arthur Doherty.
Respecting Carolyn’s wishes, there will be no visitation or
funeral service.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Carolyn, the family
has suggested a charity of the donor’s choice.
