Alderson, Caroline May
Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa with family by her side on Monday April 9th, 2018 at the age of 83. Loving wife of Stanley H. Alderson for nearly 66 years.
Cherished mother of Elaine Zylstra and her husband Harm of Stirling, Anne Derks and her husband Michael MacGregor of Enfield, Chris Alderson and his wife Angela of Pontypool and Beth Dinsmore and her husband John of Huntsville formerly of Brooklin.
Loving grandmother Angela, April, Jonas (Theresa), Tyler (Annesa), Coady (Jennifer), Matthew (Tera), Domenic, Charlotte, Victoria (Michael) and Brittany (Tim). Great Grandmother of 14 including her namesake.
Dear sister of Dorothy Coles (late Merton) and Gord Stevens (Maureen). Pre-deceased by Arthur and Kenneth. Survived by sister-in-laws Joanne and Sharon.
Caroline will be fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families and her many friends at Bingo.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Saturday (April 14th) from 12:00 Noon until time of Celebration of Life Service in the Barnes Chapel Saturday afternoon at 1:00 p.m.
In memory of Caroline, memorial donations to Lakeridge Health (Cancer Care) would be appreciated.
