Carlos is survived by his loving family, his companion, Reeva McKenzie; his daughter, Isabella McKenzie; his mother, Ruby Jane McKenzie; his father, Paul Douglas Ratt (Sherry); his grandparents, Adele & Crawford Bell, Annie & Victor Ratt, Isiah & Grace Roberts; his brothers and sisters, Carmen McKenzie (Jordan Hancheroff), Danielle Ratt, Jennifer Ratt, Paris Charles, Paradise Ratt, Claris Ratt, Paul Jr Ratt, Talia Ratt, Clarence (Ida) Bird, Brennon Bird, Star Roberts, Felicity Roberts; his aunts and uncles, Keith Bell (Katherine), Danien McKenzie, Stephen McKenzie (Jean), Verna McKenzie, Welland Ratt (Darlene), Judy Roberts (Roderick), Cheryl Bell (Cameron), Shari Bell, Shana Bell, Chalene Bell; his special aunt, Natasha Ratt; his godparents, Mona McKenzie, Edmund Clarke, Adam Charles; his godson, Xavier Roberts; his father-in-law & mother-in-law, Robert & Caroline Roberts; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by one child in infancy; his brother, Dustin Bird; his grandparents, Stephen Charles, Paul Ratt Sr., Maggie Grace Ratt; his great-grandparents, Percy & Elizabeth McKenzie, Emily Fanny Charles; his aunt, Jordona McKenzie; his cousins, Perry Bird, Lindsey Bear; and numerous other relatives. Carlos’ funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Jonas Roberts Memorial Community Centre in La Ronge, SK, Reverend Richard Custer, Henry Ratt, Tom Sanderson and Edna Mirasty officiating. Interment to follow at Anglican Church Cemetery in La Ronge, SK.
