Passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at his home in Lewisporte, Mr. Carl Layte, age 80 years. He was predeceased by his wife Barbara; parents, Arthur and Edith; sisters, Melba Croff, Winnie Thorne, Effie Kavli, Gertie Layte and Ella Snow; brothers, Harold and Fred. Left to mourn his passing with fond and loving memories are his son, Michael; brother, Gilbert (Joyce); sister, Vera Mercer; girlfriend, Betty Pelley and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Visitation and Funeral Service times to be announced.
Interment will take place in St. Matthews United Church Cemetery, Lewisporte.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be gratefully accepted.
