With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Calogera on November 10, 2018 at the Juravinski Hospital, in her 95th year.
Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe.
Dear mother and mother-in-law of
sons Ralph (Sandy),
Alfonse, Motts, Joe, and Frank Borsellino, and daughters Carmela (Leo Scopinaro), Lina (Fred Zipeto) and Rose (Raffaele Iannone). Loved by her two “second sons” Prakash and Justin Joseph (and their spouses) and extended family members George and Elizabeth Joseph.
Calogera will be deeply missed by her grandchildren and their spouses; Joe, Paul, Valeria, Nicholas, Rebecca, Bree, Motts, Carly, Carson, Dante, Cree, Hunter, Daniella, Elaina, Alexandra, Sabrina, Tia, Mason, Seth, Felicia, Aidan and Isabella.
Loving great-grandmother to Stella, Scarlett, Roman, Turner and Gianluca. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Centofanti and the ICU staff at the Juravinski Hospital for their excellent care and compassion.
Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East on Wednesday from 2 – 5 p.m. and 6 – 9 p.m. with Vigil prayers at 3:30 p.m.
Funeral Mass offered at All Souls Church on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 10 a.m.
Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.
