FORREST, Blake Adam
At his residence, after a courageous battle on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 32 years of age. Beloved son of Cindy and Glen. Loving brother of Kyle (Rosanna). Cherished uncle of Aubrey. He will be sadly missed by his aunts and uncles; Joe and Sophia, Butch and Cathy, Lynne and Sue, and Uncle Steve, his cousins; Jenny, Michelle, Alicia, Rosemary, Brandi, Jay and Ryan, Tori, Jordan, and Austin, his extended family and many friends. Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West on Monday July 23rd from 1:00 p.m. until time of service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Charles H.
