Bernard Patrick McDonald
July 31, 1951 – July 12, 2018
Peacefully surrounded by his family on July 12, 2018 in his 67th year. Beloved husband to Kathy. Loving father to Sheila Gayk and Wade O’Leary (Jeanette). Cherished “Pa” to Matthew, Nicholas, Ethan, Grace and Lilah. Dear brother to Colleen (Geoff), Danny, Mike and Elaine (Cara). “Adopted” father to Hendrick, Peggy, Lee, Angel, Sheri, and Susan . The family wish to thank the staff on 3C and Dr. Schott at the Juravinski Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. His family invite friends for a memorial gathering at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. A celebration of his life will take place on Friday, July 20th at 11 a.m. in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
