BRISCOE, Barbara Anne – passed away peacefully in her sleep, while on vacation in Ireland, on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the age of 72 years.
Barbara Briscoe (nee Jones) of Pembroke, wife of the late Robert “Brian” Briscoe. Dear mother of Frank Briscoe, Petawawa; and Doug Briscoe (Tracey), Constance Bay. Cherished grandmother of Chelsea Briscoe; Kayla Chaput (Cody), Corbin, Kendra & Kenson Briscoe; and great-grandmother of Roslyn. Daughter of the late Elmer & Violet Jones (nee Hollmer). Sister of Lillian Callow (late Herb), Jim Jones (late Carolyn), Roy Jones (late Merle), Helen Bresseau (Eldon), Donald Jones (late Helen) & Dianne Briscoe (late Daryl). Predeceased by Pearl Carnegie (late Cecil), William Jones, Betty MacKenzie (late David), Robert Jones (late Joan), Reggie Jones (Verla), David Jones (Kathy), Philip Jones & Susan Chmielewski. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at First Baptist Church, Pembroke on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment in First Baptist Cemetery, Pembroke.
