Passed away at LHSC-University Hospital on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 of RR 4 Denfield, at the age of 53. Loving husband of Patty (Dewan) Bannister. Devoted father of Rob and Kayla Bannister, Allix Bannister and James Wyllie, Russell Bannister and Amanda Havlik, and Joe Bannister. Loving son of Bill and Marilyn (Needham) Bannister, and son-in-law of Joe and Marilyn (Sillery) Dewan. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Kevin and Tien Bannister, and Jason and Lynn Bannister, Cathy and Dale Kramer, Teresa and Brian Loucks, and Joe Dewan and Joanne Giardetti. Uncle Scott will be missed by Jessica, Chelsea, Nicole, Ryley, Zack, Kylene, Megan, Angela, Luke, Carly, Kaycee, Keira, Hayley, Nam, Reeze, and Bowe. He will be dearly missed by his nephew, co-worker, and good buddy Eric. Predeceased by his mother-in-law Mary-Anne (Jeffery) Dewan. Scott was a friend and mentor to all of his extended family at Scott’s Services, he cherished the many relationships he had with all of his co-workers, neighbours and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, LUCAN on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9 PM. The funeral service will be held at the Lucan Community Memorial Centre on Monday, November 19th at 11 AM. Private family interment Medway Cemetery.
