It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Joseph Arthur Ferron. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 7, 2018 at the Souris Hospital. Husband to the love of his life Bernice Ferron (nee Madore; predeceased). Cherished loving father to Claudette, Danette (Donnie), Kent (Trena), and Janine (Glen). Loving Poppy to Amber (Carl), Nikki (Sean), Kyle (Stephanie), Mallory, Keir (Josie), Haylee (Pat), and Kendra (Hayden). Great Poppy to Faith, Jaxon, Tycen, Austyn, Jepsen, and Vincent.
Survived by siblings Merel, Aurele (Elianne), Onile (Emilie), Leotine (Jim), Roger, Claudine (Alvin), Rose-Helene (Eymard), Leolin (Yvette), Rejeanne, Julien (Bernice), Sylvain (Danielle), and brother-in-law Anicet.
Predeceased by parents Telesphore and Marie-Jeanne Ferron, father-in-law Austin Delaney, mother-in-law Hilda Madore, brothers Sylvio and Joseph, sisters Marie-Mai and Jeanne-D’arc, sisters-in-law Ghislaine and Margaret, and brothers-in-law Sylvio and Francis.
Loving uncle to many special nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours at Dingwell Funeral Home on Friday, January 12, 2018 from 9-10:30am. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on January 12, 2018 at 11:00am. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Souris Hospital would be appreciated.
