Obituary of Ann Sullivan
Ann passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends. Daughter of the late Lloyd and Betty Richards. Survived by her sister Ruth Lifeso and brother-in-law Barry Lifeso of Ottawa. Ann was born in Ottawa and graduated from Carleton University with a BA in Psychology. Ann’s career spanned many years as a high school guidance counsellor with the Scarborough Board of Education. She faced her death as she lived her life: “on her own terms”. The family acknowledges with thanks and appreciation the care and consideration she received from the people at Amica at Bayview Gardens. At Ann’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Those wishing to make a memorial donation are asked to consider the Ontario Lung Association or the Arthritis Society.

Death notice for the town of: Toronto, Province: Ontario
My sincerest condolences to Ann’s family. I was very saddened to learn that Ann’s health had deteriorated to that extent; especially when she seemed to be so upbeat and coping with her affliction when we last had lunch together. I will always remember the wonderful time we had in Ixtapan de la Sal (Mexico)….this is where we met only to find out that we were both Canadians and lived only 20 minutes from one another in the GTA – small world indeed!!!!! She was a wonderful person and I was honoured to call her “friend”.
