Annette Wilson
It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Annette Mary Wilson (Bavis), on October 27th, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. Born on May 23, 1935 in Cross Creek, NB, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary Bavis.
Annette is survived by her husband Evert of 64 years, and her 5 children, Karen (Carl) Champion, Kenda (Dwight) Neilsen, Kimberley (John) O’Laney, Jeff (Danielle) Wilson, Jason (Jen) Wilson; her 11 grand-children: Jared, Kelsie, Adam, Andrew, Amanda, Jennifer, Nicholas, Lyne, Evan, Carter & Ty: 9 great grand-children: Abby, Zander, Liam, Ryan, Jacob, Austin, Parker, Carter & Zeke. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Murielle (Raymond), Betty (Boudreau), and 7 brothers: Laurie, Murray (Kathy), Keith (June), Reg, Gerald (Katherine), Kirk (Judy), Brian (Maureen) and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Annette was predeceased by her brother Ted (2012).
Annette worked at T Eaton Co. Ltd. before having children and then was a stay at home mom. Later she worked at the Moncton Coliseum and 7 C’s.
In keeping with Annette’s wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral service. The family will be receiving condolences on Thursday, November 1 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm at Fair Haven Funeral Home. A private interment will be held at Fair Haven Cemetery.
Donations can be made to the Dr. Sheldon Rubin Oncology Clinic, or the charity of donor’s of your choice.
