Ann B. Oosterbaan
3 July , 1935 – 2 October , 2018
OOSTERBAAN, Ann B. (nee Jacobsen) – Died unexpectedly after a brief illness, with her husband Dinant “Din” at her side at the Sault Area Hospital on October 2, 2018 at the age of 83. She was the daughter of the late James Henry Jacobsen and the late Pansy Louise Jacobsen of St. Agathe des Monts, Quebec. Mother of James N. Oosterbaan (Barbara) of Calgary, Alberta, Edward D. Oosterbaan (Alison) of Cochrane, Alberta and Patricia A. Katajamaki (Martin) of Georgetown, Ontario. Loving grandmother of Laura, Valerie, Stephen, Erik, Shannon, Colin, and Daina. Family and friends are invited to visit at Holy Trinity Anglican Church (352 Northern Ave. E.) on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 9:30 am to 10:45 am followed by the funeral service at 11 am. Rev. Claire Miller officiating. A luncheon will be served at Trinity Centre across the church parking lot following the service. Interment to take place at St. Luke’s Columbarium at 2 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Memorial Fund or the charity of your choice. (Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel – 492 Wellington St. E. – 705-759-2522). Expressions of sympathy may be offered at www.arthurfuneralhome.com
