OBITUARY
Allan Ivan Heuckroth
21 November , 1923 – 21 April , 2018
Peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 21st in his 95th year, surrounded by his family at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
Allan will now rejoin the love of his life Audrey, forever remembered by children William (Joanne) of Innerkip, ON, Lesley (Stuart) of Cambridge, ON and Kris of Powell River, BC. Proud grandfather to; Melanie (Chris), Morgan (Makayla) and Grant. Dear brother to Laura and sisters-in-law Doris and Carol. Predeceased by brothers; Bill, Gordon, Herb, John and sister Florence. He will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Following retirement from a life-long career with Walker Exhaust, Allan enjoyed many weekends away at the cottage in Muskoka, ON with Audrey, as well as travelling the world and getting to experience various different cultures.
Friends and family will be received at the T. Little Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Friday, April 27th from 6 – 8 p.m. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, April 28th at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church, 63 Grand Avenue North, Cambridge at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital or Lisaard House. Special thank you to the staff and doctors of Cambridge Memorial Hospital and Queen’s Square Terrace for all of your compassionate care displayed to Allan.
