Garrah; Allan Eugene “Al” – it is with profound sadness that we announce Al’s passing on Sunday October 31, 2018, at the Kingston General Hospital with his loving family by his side. Cherished husband of Louise (nee Downey) Loving father of Bernadette Garrah, Kingston and Catharine Anderson (Chris), Kingston. Dear grandfather of Ephraim, Ezra & Phoebe Anderson. Beloved big brother of Sandra Denard (Ron), Kingston; Donna Moore (Richard), Camden East; Deborah Garrah (Peter Goth), Kingston and Tracey Craig (Tim), Napanee. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by his parents Raymond and Maizie Garrah. The family will receive visitors at the Wartman Funeral Home – Kingston Chapel, Collins Bay Road for a Celebration of Life on Saturday December 8, 2018 at 2 pm with a gathering of friends and family to follow in the reception centre.
