BLANKENSTEIN, Abe – On Saturday, August 18, 2018 passed away peacefully at his home, with his family at his side. Beloved husband of Freda for 62 years. Loving father and father- in-law of Annette and Randy Goodman, Sharon and Joel Waisglass, Harvey and Fay Blankenstein, and Larry and Marla Blankenstein. Dear brother and brother- in- law of Naomi and Gershon Friefeld of Israel, and the late Amalia and Moshe Gorani, and Felek and Inca Blankenstein. Devoted grandfather of Hailey and Daniel, Marlee and Jason, Jayme, Jordanna and Jon, Calli, Nicole, Adam and Simmi, Dani, Rikki, Daryl, Matthew, Noah, and Andie. Devoted great- grandfather of Gloria. Special thanks to caregivers Lea, Maria, Irene Vici, Yanne, Gigi, and Riza.
