Aafje Baelde
Peacefully at the Dundas Manor Nursing Home in Winchester on Saturday, August 11, 2018, Aafje Baelde (nee Van Genderen), age 90. Beloved wife of the late Meyer Baelde. Loving mother of Peter (May) of Surrey, B.C., Cora Staal (Henry) of Russell, Gerald of Ottawa and Frank of Morrisburg. Aafje will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Kelly (Ryan), Luke (Janice), Ryan (Caitlyn), Margriet (Jonathan), Andrew (Natalia), Michael (Lauren) and great-grandchildren Jackson, Conner, Hank, Boyd, Cassidy, Isla, Hudson, Cadence and Brielle. She was predeceased by all of her siblings. Survived by her sisters-in-law Cor and Janna in Holland and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
Friends and family may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Wednesday, August 15th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Williamsburg Christian Reformed Church on Thursday, August 16th at 11 a.m. Donations to the Dundas Manor Activity Fund or the Parkinson’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
