It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia «Patty» Reist, who left us peacefully on May 22, 2024, surrounded by her daughter, son-in-law, and siblings. Patty was a beloved mother, sister, and friend. Known for her selflessness, she was the person you could call at any hour, always ready to help, even giving you the shirt off her back if needed. Her unforgettable smile and infectious laugh made her a joy to be around, and she was loved unconditionally by all who knew her. She will be forever missed in our hearts. She leaves behind her cherished children, Kayla, Daniel, and her son-in-law Shane. She is also survived by her dear siblings, Jackie, Darlene, Joey, Donny, and her sister-in-law, Denise. Patty was famous for her sense of humor, often telling jokes in her charming Newfie accent, and she had a unique talent for making people smile. No matter where she went, Patty seemed to know everyone, always greeted by familiar, friendly faces in Cambridge. A celebration of Patty’s beautiful life will be arranged for friends and family to gather and honor her memory at a later date.

To Joey, Darlene Jackie Donnie. It is with shock and a heavy heart that I write this to you. As you know I lived across the street from your Mom.I was there when Patty was born, so I’ve known her most of her life. Actually Patti grew up with my daughters, Denise and Diane. She was a very sweet and quiet girland easily likable.BUT nobody had a smile like hers. It was the sweetest in the world. I know she’ll be missed, but she’s with Mom & Dad now…..my condolences g to you at this sad time.Cherish your memories, I know you have many. Farewell Patty,Fly with the Angels.
