KLASSEN, Katharina
Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly into the arms of her Saviour on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Katharina was born in Durango, Mexico, 49 years ago and now a resident of Newton, Ontario.
Cherished and loving wife of Heinrich (Henry) Klassen. Devoted mother of 7: Tina (Pete), Lena (Pete), David (Ranita), Anna (Pierre), Sara (Joey), Johnny, and Aggie. Proud grandmother of 6: Colt, Hayden, Brielle, Alaynah, Declan and Aria. Katharina will be missed by her stepmother Maria, 8 siblings; Diedrich, Aaron (deceased), Isaac, Margaretha, Johan, Peter, Helena, Anna, 7 step siblings; Johan, Peter, Abram, Agatha, Katharina, Maria, Sara and their families. She is predeceased by her father and mother Diedrich and Anna.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton, on Thursday, February 29, 2024, from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8:30 p.m. The funeral will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Woodlawn Mennonite Fellowship, 6449 Wellington County Road 11. Interment will follow at the True Gospel Cemetery, with fellowship time at the Perth East Recreational Complex, Milverton.
If you wish to make a memorial donation, you may do so to assist the family with any funeral expenses. Donations may also be made to the Prayer House of Milverton.
