Gregory Shawn Lalonde passed away unexpectedly on September 22nd in Cole Harbour at the age of 60.
Greg is survived by his children, Jesse Lalonde (Emily) and Lacy Lalonde (Laurie). His two grandchildren, Mari and Maeve. His siblings, Diane Haynie (Jerry), Randy Lalonde (Atalaya), Bob Lalonde, and Donna Jones (Trevor). And his many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Greg is predeceased by his father Donald Lalonde, nephew Darin Lalonde, and mother Joan Lalonde.
Always daring, smart, funny, and honest to a fault, Greg buzzed with life and laughter. He was impossible to miss and truly one of a kind. He is and always will be sorely missed.
We love you Dad.
Visitation and reception to be held Saturday, October 1st, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Dartmouth Funeral Home. A reception will follow from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Celtic Corner.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Greg’s name to the SPCA or local dog rescue organization.
