August 26th, 1956 – November 14th, 2022
On November 14th, Susan Gregoroff passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer, which she fought with courage, dignity, and grace. She was a loving mother to Matthew and Emmeline and a devoted wife of 42 years to Tim. She was an adored sister of John and Bill, treasured daughter of Jim and the late Beatrice, and was loved and cherished by many family and friends. Susan worked in healthcare for 38 years, beginning as an RN at Hamilton General Hospital and retiring from Cambridge Memorial Hospital as Vice-President, Clinical Programs and Chief Nursing Executive. When she wasn’t working, and in her retirement, she was an avid seamstress and she created many beautiful items of clothing for her family, as well as beautiful quilts. She will be fondly remembered and missed by all who were privileged to know her. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 17th from 2-4 p.m. at Turner Family Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas. In lieu of flowers, please consider sending a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Margaret’s Place Hospice.
