It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Gordon “Gordy” Lees on November 7, 2022, in his 78th year. Husband and best friend to Jane Lees (nee. Simpson) for 57 years. Proud father of Cindy (John) and Derek (Melissa). Pa to Megan, Laura (Andrew), Jarrett, and Chloe, and he was great grandpa to Hazel and Cohen. Gord was born in Redcar, England. He is predeceased by his parents Ken and Gwendoline Lees, and brother Robert. He is survived by his sister Laureen. A celebration of his life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion Br. #393, Smithville on November 13, 2022 from 1:00pm-4:00pm.
