Georgia Psellas
1935-2022
Peacefully at L.H.S.C.
Victoria Hospital surrounded by her family on Saturday, April 30,
2022, Georgia (Aggelopoulos) Psellas of London in her
87th year.
Georgia leaves behind
her children John (Anna) of Cleveland, Ohio and Angelo (Trinka) of
London. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Leah, Matthew,
Christina, Alexandra, Nina and Gabriel as well as her siblings in
Canada and in Greece – Vasiliki, Gus, Panayiota, Demetra,
and Eleni, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, and many cousins,
nieces, and nephews. Georgia is predeceased by her husband Peter
Psellas and her parents Ioannis and Maria Aggelopoulos.
She was an
active member in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox community for many
years. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with her
family. Former produce business owner at Covent Garden Market.
Visitation will be held
at Logan Funeral Home, 371
Dundas Street, London, Ontario (between Waterloo & Colborne
St.), on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 6-9 p.m.
Prayers will be
conducted in the Logan Chapel Tuesday
evening at 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be
held at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox
Church, 131 Southdale Rd. W., London, Ontario on
Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
Interment in Woodland
Cemetery, London, Ontario.
