CALNAN, Denis Anthony – Major (Ret’d) MEng, CD, RCAF…passed away peacefully at Hospice Quinte on Friday September 16th, 2022 in his 89th year. Son of the late Anthony & Catherine Calnan (nee Kernaghan). Beloved father of Christoffer Calnan (Margreet) and Nicole Calnan (Oliver) and grandfather of Connor, Kayleigh, Moritz and Caitlin. Brother of Philip (Mary) both deceased, Michael deceased (Barbara), Mary Cole (Douglas). Husband of Ursula (Hagmann). He is very well loved by many friends, nieces and nephews who have enjoyed his humour and generous heart.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 103 Lyle St., Grafton on Wednesday September 21st, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Grafton. Wearing a mask during the Mass is encouraged. If desired, memorial donations to St. Mary’s Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences at www.weaverfuneralhomes.com
