The death occurred
suddenly at Cavendish on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 of David Wendell
Ellands of Tyne Valley aged 54, beloved husband of Darlene (nee
McFadyen). Dave was born in Tyne Valley on July 1,1968, son of the
late Urville Ellands and Phyllis (Wagner)
Ellands-Slavin.
Cherished dad to Missy (Scott) Ryan, Josh, Zach and Justin
(Deanna). Papa and grampy to Tyshaun, Jaxon, Kingston and Alice. Dear
brother to Brian (Glenda Moore), Linda (David Crooks), Billy (Mary),
Geoffrey (Laverne), Cindy (Jerry) Arsenault, Tracy (Cindy), Scottie
(Kim) and Donnie (Cindy). Son in law of Goldie McFadyen , brother in
law to Sharon Ellands (Steven Lidstone), Christine (Barry) Judson and
Davis McFadyen. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews,
aunts, uncles and many friends.
Dave was predeceased by his parents, sister Dorothy in
infancy, niece Carlie and father in law Charlie
McFadyen.
Resting at Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with
visiting hours on Tuesday 4-7 pm. Funeral on Wednesday in the Chapel
at 1pm. Interment at a later date.
